Refund policy

Can I Return or Exchange an item?

Yes. Items purchased on the website can be exchanged or returned if it matches our criteria.

What are the terms for return?

  • You can return an item within 7 days from the time your product was delivered
  • Items will be accepted for returns only if it is in it's original condition along with the original packaging material. Any item that has been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged will not be accepted for return. 
  • If returning the product due to a defective product being delivered to you, please mail the images to contact@undergroundhabitat.com and raise a return request. We suggest that you take pictures of the packaging when delivered and capture video of unpacking. 
  • Individual Items bought as part of a bundle is not eligible for a return. A return request needs to be placed for the entire bundle.
  • Refunds for returns will be initiated within 48 hours once the item has been picked up by the courier partner and we have checked it. The refund should reflect in your account within 5-7 days. If you have returned the product and do not get a refund intimation within 48 hours, please share mail with all details to contact@undergroundhabitat.com


What are the terms for exchange?

  • You can apply for an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product
  • Exchanges only allowed for same products in a different size. Products cannot be exchanged for different colours, design or categories.
  • Items will be accepted for exchange only if it is in it's original condition along with the original packaging material. Any item that has been used, washed, soiled or damaged will not be accepted for return. 

Returns for COD orders:

  • In case you want to return an item that you paid for through COD (Cash on delivery), please raise a return request by emailing us at contact@undergroundhabitat.com along with your bank account details / UPI ID
  • COD fees (Rs. 149) are non-refundable. So amount refunded will be the amount paid at the time of delivery (minus processing fee)

Is there a processing fee for Returns or Exchanges?

  • There is no processing fee for exchanges. 
  • However, a processing fee of Rs. 149 will be charged in case of returns (except for returns due to defective items delivered).
